We collect personal data of our employees, customers, business partners, sub-contractors, vendors and/or suppliers for specified purposes mainly for conducting our business activities and complying with statutory regulations and establishing our legal claims. We undertake to ensure that personal data are collected fairly and lawfully and not to use or disclose the personal data without the consent of the individual.

Apart from the mandatory exceptions specified in the PDPA relating to situations where we cannot provide access, an individual who has provided his/her personal data to us will have the right to see and correct any inaccurate data at any time. On request of the individual, we will respond to the request as soon as reasonably possible.

We will retain collected personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the business purposes for which it is collected and in compliance with PDPA.

Together with our IT service provider, we will put in place adequate and robust IT security systems and operating processes to ensure data security. The security measures are constantly updated to meet the ever changing threat levels.
